Your bundle ships within 3 weeks of your order. I'll keep you posted along the way. Every order goes out with tracking, and you'll get the number by email when the label is printed.

I ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. I don't ship internationally, to US territories, to APO/FPO addresses, or to freight forwarders.

If I can't ship within 3 weeks, I'll email you before that date with a new shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If you don't respond and the new date is within 30 days of the original one, I'll go ahead and ship. If I miss that second date too, your order is cancelled and refunded unless you tell me otherwise.

You pay a flat $9.99 for shipping, charged separately at checkout. It's not included in the tier price.

All sales are final on fit and style preference. No returns accepted, no exchanges on that basis.

Every bundle is picked by hand for one person, off that person's own style notes, and every piece in it is one of a kind. A returned piece can't go back on a shelf, because there is no shelf.

The exception: if an item arrives damaged in transit, or it's materially not what I described, email me within 5 days of delivery with a photo and I'll refund or replace it.

You'll see this policy on the bundle page, again at checkout where you have to tick a box confirming you've read it before you can pay, again on your emailed receipt, and again on your style notes afterwards.

What counts as damage is under Condition, below. Read that part before you order, because it's the thing people most often expect differently.

Everything I send you is secondhand, and I'm going to be specific about what that means so nobody is surprised.

Normal, and not a reason for a claim: light pilling, a faded or softened wash, a slightly stretched neckline or cuff, a small mend that doesn't show when worn, a missing spare button, ordinary wear on a sole or a hem.

Not normal, and my problem: rips, holes, stains, broken zippers or hardware, strong odor, or any flaw significant enough that I should have told you about it and didn't.

Pieces are chosen against the fit notes you give me in your style notes. What a tag says has meant something different in every brand and every decade, so I don't work from that. I work from one thing you already own that fits you perfectly, plus anything else you tell me about how you like clothes to sit on you. I can't guarantee that every piece fits, and I'll say that plainly rather than pretend otherwise.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before I start pulling your bundle. Once it's packed, it's on its way, and the final sale policy applies.

If you pay and then never send me your style notes, I'll email you twice. If I still don't hear back, I'll cancel and refund you rather than guess and send you a box you didn't ask for.

Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.

You're charged in full when you place the order, before your bundle is pulled and packed. That's how a made-to-order box works, and it's why the shipping window above is a commitment rather than an estimate.

You'll see this on your statement as DANI YOUNG SHOP.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

You're charged once. Nothing renews, there's no subscription or membership, and I don't store your card or charge it again later.

Add-ons (a jacket, an extra accessory, a formal piece) are quoted by email after your style notes and paid through a separate Stripe link before your box ships. Nothing is added to your order without your ok.

This site runs over HTTPS everywhere. Card details go straight to Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor, and never touch my systems.

To send you a bundle I collect your name, email, shipping address, and the answers you give in your style notes: what already fits you, your fit and style preferences, and anything you tell me not to send.

I use that to pull and ship your box, and to make the next one better if you order again. I don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside of what's needed to fulfill your order, which means the payment processor and the shipping carrier.

Your payment details go directly to Stripe, and I never hold them.

Email me and I'll delete your style notes and contact details, or tell you what I have on file.

Placing an order means you've read and agreed to what's on this page, including the final sale policy and the condition standards.

You're buying everything as-is. I make the photos and descriptions as accurate as I can, and colors can look different on different screens.

You don't have a spot until your order goes through, because I can only pull so many bundles at once.
